5) There should be an investigation into the causes of the previous accidents so that newer accidents can be prevented in the future
6) It should be made sure that there are regular maintenance of the statistic and records in relation to the accidents and incidents.
7) It is important that supervisors are allotted that can make sure that there is a constant check on the workers and nurses within the workplace (Zahlis, & Hansen, 2005).
